NewDay Apartments is rapidly expanding throughout Illinois. We are currently looking for an experienced handyman to help us keep our properties in tip-top shape.
Applicants must be on the registry & have the following skills:
Minimum 2 yrs experience as handyman or similar work required. Documented plumbing, electrical, &/or carpentry experience is a plus. License preferred but not required
Ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of common problems, including plumbing, electrical, painting/patching, & general maintenance
Service area is Kane, Lake, Will, & Winnebago counties
References required
Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience
